Around the Worlds Pizza

Around the Worlds Pizza is not the geography lesson its name suggests. You are the head chef of a pizzeria with four recipes, and only one of them is from anywhere on this planet.

The Italian pizza is the ordinary one. After that it goes sideways: a galactic pizza with cosmic cheese and meteorite mushrooms, a high-tech pizza with laser-cut pepperoni and nanobot olives, and a fantasy pizza that can be built vampire or elf themed.

The making is the same each time and the theme changes around it. Dough is mixed and shaped, ingredients are chosen, and the pizza goes into an oven decorated to match whichever world it came from, before being cut with the tools that belong to it.

How to play Around the Worlds Pizza

Choose a world, shape, top, bake

Pick which of the four pizzas you are making.
Mix the dough from the flour and water and shape the base.
Choose the ingredients belonging to that theme and lay them out.
Bake it in the oven that matches the recipe.
Cut the finished pizza into slices.

Tips and strategy

Start with the Italian pizza, because it teaches the sequence without the themed ingredients getting in the way of recognising what each one is. On the fantasy pizza, commit to either the vampire or the elf half rather than mixing them, since the halves are built as a pair. Shape the dough fully before topping it.
