Pizza Party
Pizza Party has no finish line. It is an endless pizzeria from Code This Lab, the Italian studio behind it, and a run closes only when you stop or when five pizzas go out wrong.
Orders arrive with their own sets of toppings, and the recipes live in the game's own help section rather than in your head. A wrong pizza counts against you. Someone left waiting costs you their tip instead, which is the quieter of the two penalties and much the easier to forget about.
Recipes grow more involved the longer a run lasts, so pressure arrives from both directions at once: more to remember, and less room to remember it in.
How to play Pizza Party
Read the order, build the pizza, send it out
- Check what the customer at the front is asking for.
- Open the help section if you need to look a recipe up.
- Place the toppings onto the dough.
- Send the pizza out before that customer gives up on tipping.
- Keep your errors under five: the fifth one closes the run.
Controls
Click or tap each ingredient to put it on the pizza. It plays on a phone as well as a computer.
Tips and strategy
Learn the help list early rather than at the moment you need it, because time spent reading mid order is time a waiting customer is already docking from the tip. When a recipe will not come to mind, serve a simpler order first and return to the awkward one. And since nothing here ends in victory, treat a long unbroken session as the goal instead of a final figure.
