Hamburger Cooking Mania

Burger Mania, listed in full as Hamburger Cooking Mania, starts further back than most burger games: the bun dough is prepared and baked before anything is grilled, so a single burger runs from flour to plate.

After the bun comes the choice of patty at the grill, then the toppings, and the order can be finished with a side of fries or an ice cream. Each stage is its own small task rather than a step in a timed chain.

It runs to three levels, which is short, and nothing is lost by taking them slowly. It reads as a making game rather than a service game despite the word mania in the name.

How to play Hamburger Cooking Mania

Dough, grill, stack, side

  • Prepare and bake the bun dough first. It is the longest part and the rest of the burger waits on it.
  • Pick the patty at the grill and cook it through. The choice of patty is part of the order rather than a preference.
  • Stack the toppings in the order shown, then close the bun.
  • Add the side the order asks for, if it asks for one at all.

Controls

Click or tap to pick up and place, with a drag where the step asks for a motion. It plays on a phone as well as a computer.

Tips and strategy

Start the dough and leave it while you set up the grill, because those two are the only parts with any waiting in them. With three levels and no timer on them, a poor score comes from missing something the order listed, never from working slowly. Check the side before serving, since it is the part most often forgotten.
